My car was making a noise when I turned really sharp. I figured it was going to be something really expensive to fix. Jackson and the lady at the front desk were super nice and the best part, the noise in my front end was coming from a piece of broken plastic that he was able to remove. He didn't charge me anything. I will definitely be going back to him for any repairs that I need. I was super impressed with his honesty. Thank you Jackson's Auto Care. I am a happy customer

It can be hard to quantify cost to quality in mechanical repairs, especially on stuff like brakes. Do I stop properly, yes. But I had 2 "issues" that were genuinely irritating but not mechanical/safety/structural. Came out with both corrected, while I will say one was related to brakes. It still got corrected without being asked or mentioned. To me this is definitely good quality to cost. If they treat every customer like this they can count on return business. My only "complaint" and I use that term loosely, is no weekend hours. I dont want to work weekends either so thats why I say loosely

It's extremely hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I've been screwed over and up-charged every time I've taken my car in, but Jackson's Auto is the real deal. They are forthright about everything they need to do and always consult me before doing it. They are timely about making appointments, are all super friendly and go above and beyond to get the job done well for an affordable price. I've been using them for many months now and fully trust them to work on my car whenever I need it. If you want a great mechanic, stop looking and just go here.
